Ready Steady Mums is a walking group for mums to meet, to get fit and healthy whilst socialising with friends. Everyone is welcome!

Come and join us every Tuesday from 10:20 -12:00 outside the Southwood clinic by Morrisons.

Please note this walk is faciliatated by parents, and cannot be attended by a health visitor.
